EDAWN’s Foreign Trade Zone Seminars – Sept 22
Posted September 1, 2010
Please join EDAWN and speaker Scott Taylor, Esq. of Miller & Co., on September 22 or September 23 to learn how a Foreign Trade Zone could serve as an opportunity for your company to gain competitive advantage.
The Northern Nevada Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ #126) has received approval to establish an Alternative Site Framework (ASF), allowing potential users to have easier access to FTZ properties and expanding FTZ space into other parts of our region.
Taylor, who works nationally with many foreign trade zones and zone users for application, setup and maintenance of zone operations will provide an overview of the FTZ environment including: the new “Alternative Site Framework”, how a foreign trade zone works, benefits of operating in a foreign trade zone and the costs associated with implementation.
