As a commercial real estate broker, Cohen says small and expanding businesses are his “bread and butter.” He chose to become an exhibitor at NCET’s annual Entrepreneur Expo because he knew attendees would fit his target market of small companies and entrepreneurs looking to expand or relocate their business.

“I met prospects at the show, got their contact information, then followed up afterward,” explains Cohen. “All three clients were expanding their operations.”
