Through hands-on coaching from University faculty and industry experts, you will learn how social media tools interrelate, as well as the most effective ways to use them to your greatest advantage. In this 30-hour certificate program, you will:

  • Optimize your use of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and static websites
  • Develop and manage branding strategies using social media
  • Gain skills to create and operate a dynamic blog
  • Learn how to design an inbound marketing strategy for your business or organization using social media
  • Begin developing remarkable content to improve your organization’s inbound marketing
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts with specific inbound marketing metrics
